Kate founded Jenkins Family Law to do the work the way she believes it should be done: with dedication to every client, personal attention, and close understanding of the details that determine how a case actually turns out.

Her approach starts with listening. Before any filing or negotiation, Kate wants to understand what actually matters to you, what’s realistic under Colorado law, and where you have room to be flexible versus where you need to hold firm. From there, she handles communication personally at every stage, so you’re never left guessing what happens next. Her practice is limited to family law, including everything from parents negotiating their first custody schedule, to spouses untangling decades of shared life, and the protective orders that sometimes have to come first.
